Red Clovers are often found in the wild, grassy meadows of Europe, Asia and North America. Widely believed to purify the blood and cleanse the liver, they’ve been used medicinally for centuries to treat ailments like cancer, whooping cough, respiratory problems, and skin inflammations.

During our trip up North, we found a number of them hanging about in the wild. Plucked, boiled and infused into tea form, the Red Clover tastes sweet and mild and comforting on a cool, late-summer morning.
