If you think your store-bought “100% pure OJ” is legit, think again. It likely isn’t. More than likely it’s been heavily processed, pressed, pasteurized, boiled, stripped of oxygen and sealed up in a vat – in some cases for up to a year – before it’s shipped, packaged and poured into your breakfast cup. Simple and pure? Hmmm….not so much.

Luckily all it takes is a blender and some oranges to make a seriously outstanding glass of OJ.
